Our Centers take great pride in their successes. Not only do they focus on bringing new babies into the world, but they also place a high priority on the well-being of the patients they treat. So whether patients are successful in conceiving a child or not, our Centers find that all couples become part of an extended family. Couples stay in touch with our Centers even after they are no longer receiving care and frequently contact physicians and nursing staff just to say "hello."
This is just a sampling of some of the actual letters received from patients after they've received infertility care from some of our Centers.
Dear Doctor,
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We are so thrilled to be pregnant again and so thankful to you and your fine staff! I can't even imagine where we would be if we hadn't come to you for help.
You have been a BIG part of making our dreams come true. We thank God that you could help us become a family, -we are truly blessed. You must be thrilled at your abilities and skills. What a wonderful gift.
With our warmest wishes of joy to you and your team!

Dear Doctor and Staff,
I would like to thank you for making my dream come true. I have a beautiful baby girl. She was born in September and weighs a little over 7 pounds. She is a miracle. I can not thank you enough for fulfilling my life with this joy.
I never would have believed it, but now when I hold her, I always think of you and how you helped make my dreams come true. I never would have thought I would hold and care for a beautiful baby.
I owe everything to you. I cannot "Thank You" enough. It is the best feeling in the world. Even knowing that it took a couple of tries!
Thank you all a million!
To the entire IVF staff,
We all would like to extend a heartfelt thanks for all you have done make our appointments special and important to us. Your service and dedication to your patients are second to none! You have made a dream that we thought could never happen, come true.
In December we will be expecting "2" new additions to our family. Again, without your help and guidance, this would never have happened to us. We will be forever grateful.
Many thanks
"Excellent Service and Wonderful Outcomes..."
Dear Doctor and Colleagues,
Our family would like to thank you for helping us in achieving our goal of a third child. After our second child was born we wanted a third but soon found out that we were incapable of becoming pregnant in a normal fashion. We were not sure of our options. When we decided to use the IVF method, we did not know where to begin. However, your group of doctors and professionals made our challenge much easier and very enjoyable. From the beginning consultation all the way through to the transfer, we felt comfortable in what we were doing. This was because of you and your people. Your staff treated us with respect and answered all of our questions with clarity and tact. Even dealing with the financial aspect was a good experience. Any questions we had concerning our eventual bills were always answered to our satisfaction and your staff was an advocate for us when dealing with insurance issues.
We had our third child all thanks to the technology that your group has developed at your Center. We were excited to see excellent science put into practice to create a wonderful outcome for so many people, and we were fortunate to be a small part of that. Should we decide on a fourth, we know that we will have an excellent chance with your group being the singular option.
Thank you for helping us successfully give birth to our third child!
"We Thank You..."
… our daughter was born… healthy and vigorous at 6 lb. 14 oz. To say that our hearts are filled with joy is an understatement and perhaps even a cliché, yet no other words can begin to describe our feelings. A year ago last May, I was admitted to the hospital for treatment for ovarian hyper-stimulation. Less than two weeks earlier, I had undergone a retrieval of eggs so that, using in vitro fertilization with micromanipulation, my husband and I might have a chance at what so many people take for granted, a family of our own. At this time, I wish to express my gratitude to all of you who gave us that hope and that chance. In our seven-year search for help, never had we been treated so professionally and with so much care as when working with the staff at your Center. The interest of each of you in our welfare clearly showed that your dedication extends far beyond a desire for scientific advancement. It is an interest in bettering the quality of life and providing hope for your patients. Recently, the subject of infertility has received much media coverage in the popular press. The media titillates the public with stories of women giving birth to seven children, children searching for their sperm-donor fathers, and sixty-one-year-old women giving birth to multiples. The infertile couple is depicted as upscale Yuppies, who, because of career aspirations, have postponed children until it is too late. How unfair such reporting is to so many of us who do not fit into this neat picture, and how particularly unfair it is to the fine medical professionals who have helped so many. Unfortunately, too little media attention has been given to the many people whose lives have been changed for the better because of breakthroughs in the field. Those individuals exist who would criticize your work, saying that it tampers with nature and God's will. I invite those critics to gaze into the eyes of my daughter. A higher power, for those who care to see it, was involved in her creation, I have no doubt. A simple statement made by one of the Center's clinical staff helped me to clarify my own feelings about this issue. At one of our initial meetings, the staff member carefully explained the drug protocol, the steps of the procedure, and possible effects and side effects. When she finished explaining about the implantation, I recall asking her, finally, “What do the doctors do next? What medicine do I take next?” She smiled and responded, “No more medicine. We wait for the miracle”.
As I drove home from the Center that day with my husband, I thought of her kind works and was able to truly come to terms with my question. I came to the realization that just because science gives us insight and knowledge into the workings of nature, and because research allows us to involve ourselves in nature's process, that same insight, knowledge, and research do not make that process itself any less the miracle. My husband and I thank you for treating us with such kindness; and especially, we thank you for our miracle.
“A Little Ray…”
A little ray of sunshine entered our lives in August. She has truly changed the world for my husband and me in some incredibly wonderful ways. She is a gift we wouldn't have received without your assistance, and this letter is to thank you all so very much for your knowledge, commitment, and caring efforts in helping us to conceive. You have made us such a very happy family, words can hardly express how we feel! We are now getting to experience all the things we'd dreamed of - little gurgles that turn into big smiles, squeals of happiness when mom or dad appears, the warmth of a little body snuggled on our chest fast asleep, the fun of showing the world to someone new. Parenthood is certainly the best job either of us has ever (or will ever) have! Our experience working with you was terrific. We were treated so courteously and with real compassion by everyone with whom we came in contact. Our questions were addressed thoroughly, our confidence built.
We can't thank you enough for all that you did for us, and we look forward to working with you again in the near future.
We are fast discovering the demands of parenthood, though, and only now am I finding time to write this letter I wanted to send, rather than just filling out the attached form. Please forgive the tardiness in responding to your request for an update.
Once again, thank you for all that you did to help bring the brightness into our lives in the form of our new little daughter.
P.S. We'd like to start working on a second child…. I will be in touch to discuss the steps we'll need to take.
